If you have used our services recently and simply want to feedback about your care, there are a number of different ways to feedback.

Have you raised a complaint with the Royal Devon? Healthwatch would like to hear your feedback on our complaints process

Healthwatch is an independent consumer champion for people using health and social care in Devon. Healthwatch staff will be conducting phone conversations to gather feedback specifically on the Royal Devon complaints process. These phone conversations are a chance for patients, families and carers to share their experiences of making a complaint, to highlight what has worked well, and suggest where improvements could be made. Your feedback will kept anonymous.
