We provide a wide range of funding and training opportunities, as well as signposting to opportunities that support research, innovation, service improvement and evidence-based care at the Royal Devon Research Academy.

This includes internal and external funding to support protected time away from clinical duties and cover training, supervision and research costs, alongside access to research and professional development training through online learning, face‑to‑face programmes, postgraduate study and nationally funded schemes such as those offered by the National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR).
