We’re pleased to announce we will be holding our Annual Members’ Meeting (AMM) on Wednesday 28 September 2022.

The meeting will be held at Sandy Park Conference Centre, Sandy Park Way, Exeter EX2 7NN, with the option to also join the meeting virtually via MS Teams. Planning is still underway and we will continue to monitor the local COVID-19 position. Safety is always our top priority and we want to ensure everybody will feel comfortable attending the meeting.

The event will provide an opportunity for Trust members to hear about our performance over the previous financial year, to learn more about aspects of our work, and to contribute your views.

The agenda can be downloaded here. The draft minutes from the 29 September 2021 meeting will be approved at the meeting.

Submitting a question for our AMM

If you are unable to participate in this year’s AMM, you can still submit a question to the corporate affairs team by 4pm on Thursday 22 September 2022. We will reply to you with the response to your question following the meeting. The Trust’s Annual Report and Accounts will be published on our website here shortly.
