Devon Sexual Health, a specialist service delivered through Royal Devon, has used Care Opinion since September 2023 and has encouraged service users to share their experiences, both good and bad, of visiting sexual health clinics across Devon.

The team are delighted this month to have achieved a huge milestone of 1,000 comments, and what’s more they have over 95% positive rating! They have also used this feedback to introduce service improvements including changes to the booking system, stock ordering and the clinic checking-in process.
