This strategy has been developed in line with national strategic plans to support nurses and AHPs to lead, participate in and deliver research, recognising research as key to providing safe evidenced based practice and ensuring research is undertaken for patient benefit.

Our strategy, which you can view here, provides a framework for success with key deliverables to be achieved over the next six years, with innovative and exciting opportunities for staff to engage with research at all levels across the organisation.”
