Language and interpretation service

The Royal Devon is committed to providing interpretation and translation services for those who need them. Please let us know when booking your appointment if you would like an interpreter and we can arrange this for you.

You can also contact the department you are attending or our Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) if you have any questions.

We are also able to provide the Interpreters Live! service at our Eastern services, enabling British Sign Language (BSL) users to contact us. Follow the link below for more information.
