Invitation by email or text
You might receive an e-mail or text message from us inviting you to sign up to MY CARE, the online service and app that gives you access to your Royal Devon test results, appointments and more.
Invite emails will come from DoNotReply.RDE@nhs.net and text messages will come from NHSNoReply
You can use the link in the e-mail or text to sign up to MY CARE. You will be asked to put in the last four digits of your NHS number. You may be asked to confirm your date of birth. You will also need to set up a username and password.
After 14 days the link won’t work. You can still go to the website to sign up to MY CARE at any time.
You will receive an email if you have a test result available to view, when we've booked you an appointment, or when you're discharged from hospital. You will receive a text message when you check-in for an appointment. You won't receive more than two emails or texts within 90 days.
If you don’t hear from us, then please check that your email and mobile number is up to date on our system at your next appointment.
If you'd like to opt out of these messages, please use the link below to opt-out. Please note this will mean that we can't email or message you at any time to give you information about MY CARE. Your care team may still talk to you about the benefits of MY CARE and how you can sign up.
