MY CARE Bedside

MY CARE Bedside gives you information about your hospital stay in one convenient place. It is accessible on MY CARE through the MyChart app.

We are currently trying out MY CARE Bedside by running a pilot on Lyme and Victoria ward. If you already have MY CARE and an inpatient on Lyme or Victoria ward, then a new section called Your Hospital Stay will be available to you.

If you don’t have MY CARE then you can set up an account and download the MyChart app on your smartphone or tablet to get access.

More about MY CARE Bedside

With MY CARE Bedside you can:        

• See a schedule of events (e.g. tests or medications that you’ve got coming up)
• Make requests
• Message your hospital care team (ward team)
• See your discharge checklist

Please note: You need to use the MY CARE through the app to access the Hospital Stay view and use MY CARE Bedside. You will not be able to access the Hospital Stay view via the MY CARE website.

About the pilot

MY CARE Bedside is new and we are trying it on two wards to learn about how it works. Response times may vary throughout the day. Please bear with staff whilst they get familiar with MY CARE Bedside.

We will send you a feedback form through MY CARE when you are discharged home and we really value your feedback about MY CARE bedside to help learn and improve for the future.
