We kindly ask that you make every effort to attend your appointment.

If you cannot make it, then please let us know as soon as possible. This allows us to offer this appointment to someone else in need and arrange an alternative appointment for you. That way you get the treatment you need whilst also helping others and keeping our waiting times down.

You can change or cancel your appointment by using the contact details on your appointment letter. Alternatively, you can use these contact details.

Appointments at Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital (Wonford) or community hospitals in Mid Devon, East Devon and Exeter

Please note if you cancel your appointment on more than one occasion, this may result in you being returned to the care of your GP or referrer to ensure the safe management of your condition.
