Volunteers – you may see one of our volunteers helping in our departments. They may be directing patients, discussing our MY CARE online service or app, or helping with various other tasks.

Nursing team – the clinic nurse is responsible for running the clinic. They may take your observations, such as your height and weight measurements. You may see a specialist nurse who is part of the clinician team.

Consultant – this is the specialist doctor in charge of your care. You will see them or a resident doctor who is part of the same team.

Other staff – you may also see physiotherapists, midwives, occupational therapists, dieticians, pharmacists, radiographers and medical photographers, amongst many others.
