Volunteering

Volunteering

Our volunteers are amazing people! Each and every one of them provides invaluable help in supporting the work of the Trust and enriching the patient experience.

Volunteering is a genuine way in which people can give something to their community. Our volunteers play an important role in our Trust by providing non-clinical support. They bring skills, knowledge and experience that complement the core activities of the Trust.

Thank you for your interest in volunteering with us. We recruit new volunteers during set recruitment times - we are currently closed and aren’t accepting new applications at this time.

We’ll share more information about the next Recruitment period when plans are confirmed. Please do check back for updates and future opportunities.

The Nightingale Hospital is currently recruiting for Meet &Greet volunteers - please visit https://nightingale-exeter.nhs.uk/join-our-team/volunteering for more information and please do look at the pages of our Third-Party Organisations as they may be looking for volunteers.

If you have any queries you can reach out to us on rduh.volunteering@nhs.net.
