Community Education Assurance team

The team are made up of; Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Assistant Practitioner and a Secretary based across Eastern and Northern Community Services with a focus of education and supporting safeguarding processes.

The team works with a wide range of services delivering care in our local community.
The team aims to prevent avoidable hospital admissions, support with safeguarding concerns, and improve the care being provided to our community population, through a supportive and educational approach informed by best practice.
