Bolham Ward - Eastern services

Bolham Ward is a 24 bedded unit that specialises in the care of patients with neurological disorders, and the care of older people's medicine with a special interest in Parkinson’s disease. We have a separate dedicated Stroke Word for patients who have suffered a stroke. 

Our multidisciplinary team is made up of neurological consultants,  a Healthcare for the Elderly Consultant, Nurses, Health Care Support Workers and student nurses. We also have a bespoke therapy team, including senior and junior physiotherapists and occupational therapists.

We works closely with the Mardon centre who provide specialist neurological rehabilitation services.
