Those who attend the events will be able to meet different teams and learn about the roles available and the benefits of working at the Royal Devon, including career development and progression. There will also be plenty of opportunities to ask questions.
Positions available on the day include senior healthcare assistants, ophthalmology roles (Sidmouth only), registered nurses and community nurses.

Karen Jones, registered nurse in our community team shared “The thing I love most about working with patients in the community is that you never know what you’re going to walk into! There’s always something new to learn, and the experiences you get are so varied. The time I spend getting to know my patients in a more holistic and personal way has proven invaluable to me. You get to understand what’s important to them and while you are with them, they are your soul focus. I have time to listen and they are always so grateful of that.”
