Colleagues at the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust have rated the Trust as above average, when compared to similar trusts, in the 2023 national NHS Staff Survey.
All NHS organisations take part in the NHS Staff Survey and colleagues are asked to anonymously share their views about their workplace and job satisfaction.
The Royal Devon scored above average in five areas:

The NHS Staff survey is aligned to the NHS People Promise and the Royal Devon improved in almost every area of the People Promise element of the survey.

“I’d like to thank everyone who shared their feedback. The staff survey is such an important measure of how we are doing, allowing us to celebrate the positives and identify the areas of learning as we strive to make sure the Royal Devon is a great place to work.”
