We send text message notifications to remind people about their appointments. We are currently experiencing an issue which means some people are receiving texts when they didn’t previously, and some of our patients are receiving more texts than usual.

If you are a carer, parent or guardian and have provided your number for someone you care for then you might receive text messages about their appointments as well.
If you have any concerns or would like to opt-out of text message notifications, then please speak to the team when you check in for your appointment.
