Audiology (hearing, tinnitus, and balance)

Audiology is about identifying and assessing hearing and balance function and their associated disorders. This can include hearing loss as well as tinnitus and balance disorders.

Our Audiology service sees patients who have hearing and balance disorders including hearing loss and tinnitus. For Northern services, our department is based at the North Devon District Hospital and across our Northern Community sites.  For Eastern services, our department is based at the Wonford and Heavitree sites of the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital, and in some Eastern and Mid Devon community sites.
