Royal Devon Annual Members' Meeting 2026

We are pleased to announce that we will be holding our Annual Members' Meeting (AMM) on Wednesday 30 September 2026, 4pm to 5:30pm.

The meeting will be held in the Lecture Theatre, Peninsula Medical School, RILD Building, Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital, Barrack Road, Exeter EX2 5DW. There will also be the option to join the meeting virtually via MS Teams.

Learn about some of the exciting things we are doing to improve patient care and hear our Board of Directors talk about our performance over the past year and present our Annual Report and Accounts 2025/26. You will also hear from our Lead Governor about the work of the Council of Governors. There will be an opportunity for you to share your feedback and ask questions. It is a members' event, but interested public are welcome to join as a member of the Trust when booking.

For more information on how to submit a formal Motion to the Annual Members' Meeting, or an amendment to the Rules of Procedure, please see the current version of the Members' Meetings Rules of Procedure. The deadline for submission of a formal Motion or amendment to the Rules of Procedure is 16.00 on Wednesday 9 September. A formal Motion must be signed by five members of the Trust.

If you are unable to participate in this year's AMM you can still submit a question to the Corporate Affairs team by 9am on Monday 21 September. We will reply to you with the response to your question following the meeting. The Trust's Annual Report and Accounts will be formally presented at the meeting and will soon be published on our website.
