In the digital age, the logistics of in-person interactions can be challenging. With colleagues and team members dispersed across various departments, buildings, and geographically, traditional meetups aren't always feasible.

Enter the idea of Randomised Coffee Trials—a beautifully straightforward initiative designed to bridge the gap between people who might not otherwise cross paths. These sessions are not only about meeting new colleagues but also about fostering a culture of collaboration and dismantling organisational silos.

Coffee & Connect is open to all colleagues across the Trust. Everyone that signs up will be paired up randomly, we'll then offer you some guidance to help facilitate conversation between you and your partner.

When will everything happen?

> Sign up Launch: 4 April
> Sign up close: 23 April
> Partner allocation: 26 April
> Arrange to meet your partner between 13 May - 31 May (extensions as required)
