Welcome to the North Devon Healthcare Trust website for people with a Learning Disability accessing healthcare at North Devon District Hospital. On this site you will find useful information for patients, carers and staff.

Hello, please meet Lisa, Jane and Cathie who are your dedicated Learning Disability Liaison Team.

We support people with a Learning Disability and those who care for them to access our hospital services in a way that works for them.

This includes making reasonable adjustments, working with closely with both NDDH and Community Services to ensure people with a Learning Disability have equal access to healthcare.

We also provide education, advice and support to our staff.
