Learning Disability Liaison Service (Eastern services)

Our names are Jenna Hodgson, Lorraine Conibear, Tania Andrews, and Lynsey Daniels, and we are your dedicated Learning Disability Liaison nurses. 

We support people living with a learning disability, and those who care for them, to access our hospital services in a way that works for you.

This includes supporting patients with a learning disability during their time in hospital and providing education, advice and support to our staff.
