We are a team of specialist nurses, physiotherapists, health care assistants and specialist nursery nurses. Together, we help people manage bladder and bowel problems. We help adults and children with a variety of bladder and bowel issues.

For adults
- Stress incontinence: leaking urine when you cough, sneeze, run, or exert yourself
- Urge incontinence: leaking urine after a strong and sudden urge to pass urine
- Overactive bladder: needing to pass urine more than eight times a day
- Nocturia: - waking to relieve yourself frequently in the night
- Mixed urinary incontinence: a mix of difficulties
- Bowel incontinence: inability to hold wind or stools
- Constipation: difficulty passing stools
- Mild and moderate pelvic organ prolapse
- Bedwetting – passing urine whilst sleeping
For children
- Day and night time wetting
- Constipation and soiling
- Delayed toilet training for children with additional needs
