Who we are and where to find us
Our Audiology service sees patients who have hearing and balance disorders including hearing loss and tinnitus. For Northern services, our department is based at the North Devon District Hospital, and for our Eastern Services, the department is based at the Royal Devon and Exter Hospital (Wonford). However, you may also be seen at one of our community hospitals or other settings.
Our service includes:
- Routine and advanced diagnostic assessments for hearing, balance and tinnitus
- Hearing aid provision, rehabilitation and repair
- Outpatient follow-up care
- Rehabilitation services
- Tinnitus therapy
- Newborn screening
- Domiciliary visits
- Battery replacement service
- Microsuction service
- Care for hearing loss
