We know carers play a vital role in supporting patients across the Royal Devon in our acute and community settings. As we develop our Family, Friends and Carers strategy, we are inviting carers to get involved in one of two ways;

1.     Join a carers focus group to share your experiences with us and influence how we develop services to involve carers. We meet online every two months to discuss ideas and contribute to meaningful change. 

2.     Join our remote insight group to share your views from home through short online surveys, emails or quick reviews of draft materials. This option is designed to fit around your caring responsibilities and everyday life.

Both opportunities ensure carers’ voices and experiences guide the development of our strategy.

Your voice matters. Your lived experience will help us understand what works and what needs to change. Together, we can build services that truly support carers.
