On Wednesday 13 November we will be updating MY CARE.
MY CARE is accessible on a computer, phone or tablet and brings information about hospital appointments, test results and other medical details together in one convenient place. We do regular to MY CARE to improve the service for patients.
This update includes the following changes:
The MY CARE login page will have a fresh look with a new background and logo
There will be six customisable shortcuts on the home screen.
The Health Summary activity will have a new look
If you have emergency contacts on file, then you will see all your current emergency contacts displayed.
