Staff shortages in Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS)

The Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) will be experiencing staffing shortages during the week Monday 5 August – Friday 9 August. As a result, we may take longer than usual to respond to your query.

- If your query is regarding appointment or procedure waiting times please contact the department listed on your appointment letter. This can be done via the hospital switchboard on 01392 411611

In order to investigate your enquiry we will need the following information:
- Patient name
- Date of birth
- NHS number (if known)
- Full address
If you have not included these details on your correspondence, please can you resubmit your enquiry with the information requested.
