Lynton Integrated nursing team provide a minor injury service Monday to Friday as part of their general nursing clinic at Lyn Health.
Please call before attending; a walk-in service is unavailable. Appointments are currently available during 9am-5pm.

"Lyn Health was built in 2014 as a GP surgery. From August 2024, it has become a branch surgery of Queens Medical Centre in Barnstaple. It is open on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 08.00-18.00 for GP services. The community nursing team will provide well leg, leg ulcer, catheter and PICC line clinics and see minor injuries on those days; the rest of the week, the building will be closed. There is no X-Ray service at Lynton."

Parking
On-site parking is free but limited. There are public car parks close by and some free on road parking in the winter months. Visitors are asked to be sensitive to residents when leaving their vehicles.
Clinics and services at Lyn Health Medical & Minor Injury Service
Minor injuries service (MIU) Monday to Friday as part of their general nursing clinic at Lyn Health. Appointments are available during 9am-5pm.
It is a nurse led minor injury service that can treat:
- minor wounds
- burns
- bites and stings
- strains and sprains
- minor head injuries
For housebound patients, the integrated nursing team will continue to provide care utilising their wide range of skills including minor injury/ailment training which enable them to provide an effective service, keeping patients safe at home.
