Community sites
Our service provides planned weekday blood clinics at some of our local community hospitals. This is for tests requested by a Royal Devon clinician.
You cannot use this service if you:
- Are under 16 years old
- Need blood tests because you are pregnant - you will get these from your midwife
- Need a blood test because your GP (family doctor) asked for them
How to access the service
We will contact you, either by:
- Telephone, MY CARE or letter. This will ask you to make an appointment at your local community hospital.
- A letter with blood labels for you to take to your GP practice. This is only for GP practices that can take Royal Devon blood tests.
